Delivery to businesses

We offer professional delivery of building materials with our own transport, which ensures high flexibility and reliability – directly to the construction site or company address.

Delivery costs are calculated based on order size, weight and delivery distance, and are clearly stated before order confirmation.

We always indicate an expected delivery time in weekdays and strive for timely delivery in accordance with your schedules.

Important: Risk and responsibility for the goods are transferred to you as the customer upon delivery.

(Right of withdrawal)

As a rule, there is no right of withdrawal for business purchases, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day right of withdrawal to business customers – on selected standard goods and by further agreement.

The right of withdrawal only applies if:
• The product is returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging
• The product is not specially manufactured, cut or collected specifically for the customer
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us no later than 14 days after delivery. Returns are at your own expense and risk.

Note: Returns of special products and building materials delivered according to measurements or customer specifications are not possible.

Returns

You must cover the costs of returning your product yourself. If the product is damaged during transport or does not reach the correct return address, it is your responsibility.

Right of withdrawal

If you wish to complain about a product, please contact us in writing with a description of the fault and pictures. Always keep the defective product, as we may need to return it for testing. If the product is to be returned, remember to enclose a description of the problem, order number, name and telephone number and get a receipt for sending.
